Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 14 business days after delivery, provided:

The item is in its original unused condition and all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

The item shows no signs of damage or misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Courier fees are not refundable.
Customers return items using their own courier service at their own expense.
Moi South Africa will not be responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned by third-party couriers arranged by the customer.
A re-delivery fee applies to exchanges and must be paid before dispatch.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they are handed over to the courier for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return process will apply.
